SRC was formed when the principals Mike Reilly and Mary Sadlier identified an opportunity in the Irish market to work with and fund start up companies. Our business model is similar to that of venture capitalists in California and Israel who focus on working with and helping the companies they invest in.

Mike Reilly is a former Managing Director of JPMorganChase, New York, NY, where he most recently was Chief Architect and Head of Strategy for the retail business unit with over 40 Million customers. Mary Sadlier is a former Director of Diageo Plc where she was responsible for the development and growth of the distribution Network for the 'Spirits Division'.

Business Funding

In all cases SRC becomes an early investor (Angel Round) in the company and takes a stake in the company.

As a very early investor the management team treat us as a partner, not as an external investor, and this gives SRC the ability to meaningfully assist the business trajectory in a non adversarial way.
